I have a problem with my amp, the treble, bass, mid and volume make noise as if it were dirty, I apply contact cleaner and the noise still, buy new pots on mesa boogie and changed them, but still with noise and when I turned the bass vol up in 8 it stops sound the bass, don't know what else to do. please help.

Could be capacitors. Rectifier filter cap on the tap going to the preamp section if the power amp is behaving. Else, coupling caps or even cathode bypass caps around the preamp.

Could be a bad coupling cap.
Measure for DC voltage on the pots then trace it back to a coupling cap.

Definitely what Don said.
C8,C12,C21,C41 would be suspects.
Buying new parts without accurate diagnosing is expensive and troublesome, as you've found.

We can guess all day, but a trained eye will likely locate it in very cost-effective time.
My money is on something super-simple.

Let us know the outcome for future readers education please.

Cheers, Dave
