this is the link, I think the serial number on the back reads 12714 wouldnt this make it a IIC?

Yes, it's a IIC.
Black knobs instead of the black with chrome top, 127xx serial.
That must be a IIC.

But the serial: It reeds 1x784. I Don't think the X is a 2, more like an 0.
That would make it a B...
