Speakers in Rectifier oversized 4 x 12

I have a Rectifier oversized 4 x 12 cab that I putting up for sale. It's about 6 - 8 years old. I seem to remember a tech once telling me it was a good one because the V30s in it were somehow different to newer versions. Maybe it was because of where they were made or something, I can't quite remember. Are older cabs more sought after because of the speakers in them for some reason?

Mesa has different V30 speakers, labelled "Made in UK", that are specifically made for Mesa cabs. I think it is still the case though...

Yeah I'm pretty sure all mesa v30's are british made while the others are made in china.
