Speaker for F30 head/1x12 cab setup?

I'm going to be running an F30 into a closed back 1x12 and need to pick up a speaker. First of all, should I go with 16ohms or 8ohms, and what speakers work well with this amp? Would a Warehouse V30 clone seem like a good way to go?

I would go with an 8 ohm speaker and a V30 would work, but I like the G12T75.
