I'd read the manual to be sure you can't run the head in Mono.

Otherwise your solution is to rewire the cab with two jacks so it's stereo.

I downloaded the manual. There is no mention of running in mono. I found that most people who did, their heads burned up. I'm not changing my cab as I use it with my other heads and the Mark V when it gets here. BTW, my cab does have 2 inputs but I don't think that would help. It is a mono cab for sure. The inputs are one above the other.

ive seen\played that same head through it's matching cab.

if you got a really good deal on it..sell it again and make some cash. ;)

You can add a switch to switch between stereo and mono modes using the two jacks. For example, in the Mono position, jack "A" is only used and jack "B" is not, in this position you would be running how ever many ohms your cab is wired for. When switched to the Stereo position, both jacks would be utilized for left and right channels, and the ohm load would double. If currently wired for 8 ohm mono, stereo would be 2 16 ohm loads.

My 2x12 cab is wired like this.
