[SOLVED] Midi Matrix broken jack

Hi,

I am using a Midi Matrix in my rack setup.
Everything is fine except for the "loop split out" jack. There a small
metal part that is broken inside.
Here is some pictures of the broken part:

It seems to be a "Switch Craft" jack. Does anyone have the reference (part number) of this ?
Or any idea where I can find the info ?
I contacted Mesa by email with no success (no answer at all).

Hi,

I finally got an answer from Mesa (thank you Marcus !). FYI, this is a Switchcraft jack #N-113-B with Mesa P/N 612113.
