Solo Boost Not Activating?

Hello, I have a Series 1 Mesa Engineering Road King head with 4x12 Recto Cab, I have the channel control knob set to "Foot Switch" for the Mesa MIDI controller, The "Loop System" is "Active" and I have the Solo pot turned quite a bit higher than my output pot.


My 4x12 Recto Cab is coming out of "Output A"

Am I doing something wrong? Why do you think my Solo control isn't working?

It could be a bad footswitch cable. Have you tried using the external trigger jack?

Yes, I have.. I plugged in one of the inputs on my Boss FS-6 pedal, Via 1/4 jack, Still didn't work..

Also the MIDI cable I'm using seems to work very well, So I don't believe that is the issue..

I think it may be a problem "IN" the RK head itself.

did u check to make sure you dont have the effects loop/master volume switch turned off?

I believe I have it set to on.. Is there another switch I'm not seeing?
