I was told this is actually for another model of the Quad, it just won't work with mine.
I have a FU-2A I just purchased, thinking I could use it with my newly acquired Quad Preamp. I need to sell this, or I will trade for a FU-2 foot switch. Make me an offer on this item. Its in great condition.
