SOB or Mark I reissue tube rattle *Updated and need help*

I have determined that the speaker is actually causing the rattling sound (connected an external cab and it goes away).

Is there a way to eliminate this? More secure sockets or holders? Your input is appreciated

I have an SOB that on certain notes I notice a buzz/rattle. I assume it is a tube, but I put new ones in so I am not sure.

Do you think it is a bad tube, or does the note make the tube resonate and then buzz/rattle?

Also, is it normal for these amps to hum with extreme Over Drive?
