SOB Limit Control

I have seen the SOB with a Limit control and without. I always thought that all the SOB's had this feature. Does anyone know if the SOB came without the Limit control?

I have seen very few 100 watt SOB's. Vivian Campbell has 2. The limit contol could have been added to any amp. It is basically a volume control for the signal before it hits the phase inverter/power amp driver.

So do you think some SOB's came without the Limit Control?

I think the limit control is a rarity. Most SOB's were 60 watters.

on my 60 watt SoB just adds fizz. Never use it. I also never use input 1.
