Hi everyone.
I know the above topic has been discussed several times and I have a feel for what to do to carry out the mod to change the fX loop from parallel to series, which is something I am interested in doing.
I can see that a lot of folk have done it themselves and I’m ok with a soldering iron, so happy to have a go as well.
It’s just that I don’t want to electrocute myself as I’ve read scary things about working on valve amps. Tone is important, but I’d always choose life!
To those who’ve done it themselves, did you discharge the capacitors first and if so, any tips/advice on how to do that?
Many thanks everyone.
