Hey all,
The footswitch works fine, the channel & solo both switch, the channel LED works, but however, the solo LED was not working so I pulled the footswitch apart.
Here's what I found....
Notice the black wire is NOT connected. When I touch the tip of the wire to the lug just to the right (top one) of the black wire (see first pic), the LED lights up. However this happens when the "solo" function is disengaged on the amp. Also.. there is another green LED on the end of the red & black wires (see 2nd pic)???
Also, the footswitch doesn't function when I plug the 5-pin DIN plug (supplied) into the back of the amp. Instead the footswitch came with an adapter box that converts the 5-pin (from footswitch) to two mono/unbalanced cables which each go into their respective footswitch jacks (1 for channel, 1 for solo).
Has someone modified the circuit? Any ideas? Any one able to grab a frew pics of their solo 50 footswitch?
