Sharing settings between Recto and Mark IV

I have a dual rec and my buddy has a Mark IV, he has some settings on it that he wants me to try out....can I transfer them over to my dual and get the same general tone with his settings?

NO way.

The amps are way too different..chances are that Mark IV settings will sound like garbage on a rectifier. And even if they sound good, they will sound NOTHING like the Mark IV.

I agree with Ibanez, way different amps. Can't hurt to have a third party sit in and do monir tweaks till a nice balance is acheived. I think the heavier bass tone of a Dual and the Singing leads of the Mark IV would fit nice together, just a matter of tweaking and finding the right balance.
