So I'm looking at speaker configurations in the Mesa manual...

The pictures show "X ohm Parallel Box" or "X ohm Series Box" used to combine cabs. Where do you get these boxes? I've looked on a couple of websites and can't find anyting like this. Who sells them?

I would like to know to, I tried to find them and came up empty. I might have to break down and make one.

Making them would be pretty easy.

True. The hardest part would be ordering the parts. :D I was just hoping someone sells one put together.

I have an old passive A/B box that may get sacrificed.

I just went to Radio Shack, bought a few parts & pieces and made my own.

I think my ancient AB box is a better candidate than "The Shack" parts. Nice sturdy metal box. Switchcraft jacks. Just need a little 16 or 18ga wire to reroute the connections, toss out the switch, and I'm good to go.

My Morley ABY box cost $60, why would I want to hack that up when I can make a series box for approximately $10? When I need to parrallel two cabs I either plug the second one into the first or use one of these:

To clarify: I'm not suggesting anyone trash a good ABY box! I happen to have a worthless, 25 year old, passive A-B that pops like hell. I found it in a box of old amp and guitar parts in my garage. Since it's made out of decent parts I thought it would be better than a plastic box made from crappy Radioshack parts.
