I'm probably gonna send my amp in to Mesa for repair. I have had nothing but trouble with it in the last year I have had it. It's a Dual Rec. Has anybody sent their amp off to Mesa? How long did it take to get it back? Was the bench charge and other charges expensive? I just want to know what to expect. Thanks.

I sent my Mark IV combo in last year because my new rack adaptor was misaligned (they didn't believe me, but admitted it after... yet still charged me). Anyway, the standard fee for getting it up on the bench before they even do anything is $130 and that includes the diagnostics check. Any cost after that would be plus labor and parts. I did have mine checked because I thought I heard a funny noise. Nothing was wrong and I just paid $130 for them to check it out and put it in the rack adaptor.

And it was fairly quick. It was out of my possession for only a week.

i sent my ToV there it was 450 plus shipping, but i needed a new circuit board and all the components on it and labor. not a bad deal
