Congrats and welcome to the elite Rack Club! You will never look back (unless you buy a Mark V). The Triaxis 2:Ninety combo is a phenomenal rig with loads of versatility.

Is your Triaxis brand new or did you buy it used? As with all your gear read the user manual. Here's a link to the Triaxis manual

If it's new than it's probably a user error, if your Triaxis is older than it could be a dead battery inside.

Side note: What cab's are you running your rig through? Are you using a midi footswitch (Ground Control Pro/Abacus)?

i bought it second hand dude, i tried the manual but it wont open on my laptop :(
i just have the triaxis, 2:90 at the minute, im trying to get a tc electronic g system to control it. Im running it through a marshall 4x12 with vintage 30`s.

Right on. The Triaxis manual is an Adobe PDF file and it does take a few minutes to download if you have a slower connection.

You can download Adobe PDF Reader for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=BUIGO

if u havent turned off the factory settings and u try to save patches on the first 20 it will automatically erase them when u turn power on again. so u can either save them past 20 or bypass this feature. (dont remember how its in the book)

Press the Shift Key and then presse the Loop Sw key.

By default the TriAxis loads the same factory presets no matter what. Pressing those two buttons will defeat that so you can save your own sounds.

On the far left hand side of the Triaxis there's a button that says "Entr", touch it once and the red preset # next to it will start blinking touch Entr again and it stops blinking and whatever Tone numbers/modes/external switching and effect loop settings you have dialed in on that preset will be saved to that number preset.Easy
Remember the Mode button lets you switch between the 8 pre-amps available called "modes".
After you defeat the factory presets, You can just pick any preset # and change the mode "Preamp" and tones at will. Also touch the "Loop" switch configurations to activate the Deep, 1/2 drive and Bold on 2:90 as well as the Triaxis effects loop for every patch. The little led lights will go on and off as you cycle through them.Easy, once you got something you like hit that enter button twice and your locked and loaded. I use a rocktron all access midi controller which works great with the triaxis and my Tc electronics G force.

You need to get the manual and read it, then read it again and let it soak in, its written well and will get you up and running in a jiff.

I have some quick "foot notes" but they are incomplete but at least it explain the modes and some general settings
