I normally run a stereo rig using my Lonestar Classic and other amps like my JTM45. I use a Radial Twin City ABY pedal which has a phase reversal switch to get the amps in phase. I want to switch channels on the Lonestar but it goes out of phase when I do. So I'm limited to using just one channel. Is this normal for channels to switch out of phase? Any fixes?

Yes this is normal. On most amps when you change channels you add a gain stage. Every time you add a gain stage you change phase.

There is a number of fixes. None I know that are practical or simple. Even if it is a simple issue.

I use a Voodoo Laps GCX. Anything that adds a loop can work. I have a short chord with one end of the chord soldered reverse. This changes the phase.
