Anyone have a rocktron AA and a GCX? The manual for the GCX says that the midi in must have certain pins pulled or not wired for power if you are using a controller other than the ground control. That kinda concerns me. Im a big fan of plug it in and go. hence I am looking for anyone that has used the two together and any problems they might have had.
the point I am getting to is that I am looking to get an audio switcher in the near future and I am looking at a GCX as people seem to have good things to say about it and it is reasonable and there are about 6 of them used at a local shop. MR9 or CAE or switchblade or used patch mate is allot more cash.

Does anyone have enough experience with different audio switchers to give a run down on some of the good bad and ugly for some of the more common ones?
