I have a extra Rocktron All Access....I had to replace the Midi plug in the back from people at shows stepping on the cable...when my tech put it in we noticed everything worked except for it changing the midi settings on my G Major....instead of messing with it we just got a new one from Rocktron sent to us...it could as easy as resetting it or ya may have to take it to a Rocktron authorized repair shop (unless ur good with this stuff) to get that piece re soldered correctly....
