Roadster Reverb Problem

Hello everyone! New to the board.

I have a Roadster Combo. This amp is awesome, but I do have a problem with the reverb. It is always on. I can turn the rear knobs all the way down and the reverb is gone. My problem is that I cannot turn the reverb off with the footswitch. The REV light goes on and off on the pedalboard, but no change in the Reverb. I have swapped out V4, which I believe is the reverb tube. No help. I have tried a different midi cable. No help.
Has anyone ever had this problem before? Any ideas?

Same thing happened to me. The Mark V needs an 8 pin and the store gave me a 7 pin. In my case I couldn't switch the FX loop. It took me a few days to figure it out...
