I remembered reading in the manual something about vintage mode being "that classic rectifier sound" or something to that effect...
After thorough examination, I have come to the conclusion that while in vintage on channel 3 of the Roadster(100 watt and diodes), I can get sooooo close to my Rev G DR on the red channel... almost dead on. I had been trying to find "my sound" on channel 4 of the Roadster to no avail... just too much presence on tap.
Any Roadster owners agree with me here? I don't really consider the 90's vintage yet... but it surely seems to me that Mesa does. Try it if you haven't... let me know what you think.
