I bought a used RKII from guitar center for $1000 off, and found a couple electrical issues I assume were caused by a monkey with a soldering gun.

I was wondering if anyone knows what this particular screw up was dealing with

Looks to me like someone changed that -FET from the topside of the PCB, and used a lot of heat.

While it's much better to pull the board and work from the solder pad side, I've seen this many times, and it usually results in damaged traces from excessive heat.

If the amps works correctly I wouldn't worry too much. Don't try to "fix" it unless you plan to pull the PCB. More heat from the top is most likely going to make things worse.

If it was my amp I would pull the PCB and inspect for damaged traces, but like I said, if it ain't broke ......

BTW- this is a big job (pulling the mainboard) and best left to experienced hands (& tempers LOL).
