Road King II head to Cabinet cabling

i am cabling my 2009 Road King II from the Channel A 8-16 ohm jack in back of the head and into the 8 ohm jack in back of my Rectifier 4x12 cabinet.

Does the dummy plug on the Road King II go into the Channel B 8-16 ohm jack in back of the head?

I've read the manual and researched the internet on speaker impedance and ohms. I just got a migraine and i am resigning to the fact that i am horrible at this.
