Here is my situation:
I started a band last night that will play tons of originals from Blues to Metal.
We are also planning on playing covers from Sevin Dust to Santana.
So..... I need a rig that is extremely versatile and there is no way in hell that I am buying another Roadster.
Here is what I am thinking:
Guitar into G-System
Then using the Loop functions to run 2 amps in Stereo.
For amps, I'm thinking about my trusty DC-5 and a Rectoverb or Tremoverb.
It looks very easy to do, but is it feasible? I could also just use one amp for all preamp functions and use the Slave out to feed into the Loop of the 2nd amp, but I was thinking that stereo would be great for delays.
I've had tons of rack preamps and poweramps, used tons of amps, but this seems like it might give me some great tones.
I could use the G-System to do all of my channel switching and keep clutter down to a minimum on the floor.
I also really like the idea of using 2 completely different amp types so that I get 2 completely different tones at the same time.
 Am I missing something or is this a good idea, and why?
