Reverb squealing on Channel 3

Any ideas? I noticed I wasn't getting much rever out of Channel 3, so I dimed it out and it started squealing. Sort of like feedback. I turned off the reverb and it's gone. I restarted the amp and it came back a tad, then went away after a while, but I'm not getting a lot of reverb out of channel 3. Not nearly as much as channel 2.

Any ideas?

Preamp tubes 4 and 5 are for the reverb circuit. Try placing those and see if that fixes it.

If a mark squeals she needs new preamp tubes. Fixes it nearly every time.

2 months old, about 5 hours on it total. WTF?

But like I said, only squeals with reverb on and it only happens on Channel 3, if that makes sense. Also the reverb on channel 2 is huge and on channel 3 it's almost non existent.

I'd give Mesa a call. Tubes would replaced under warranty, and could also be the culprit for the lack of gain you're hearing in channel 3.
