Hey my IIC+ got back from servicing and I got a new Reverb Tank. Does it matter which side is up on the tank? If so how do I know which side to put up.

Is it a head or a combo? A combo the tank points up in the head it is down. Also be aware that the internal
floating tray supports have to be adjusted depending on the direction of the tank otherwise it bottoms out
you get no reverb.

It usually comes from the factory designed to be flat side down so it should be fine the way it is.
So in a combo cabinet it would be flat side down.

In a combo, it should be mounted in a reverb bag, open side down. Make sure you have the cables hooked up correctly too, as one of the jacks is designed for the shielded RCA and the other is for a non-shielded RCA.

Yeah I got the Cables hooked up correctly because I do hear some reverb.

So you are saying the crease of the Reverb Bag should be on the bottom?

Take the tank out of the bag. If you can see the springs staring up at you, it's upside down. Turn it over. Put the tank back in the bag.

Really? My tank came mounted on a 1/8" piece of wood to protect the springs. It's the stock tank as far as I know.
