Red Standby Light on Mesa Dual Rectifier Wont Turn On

I turned on the Power on my Mesa and waited for about a minute to turn the standby On and when I did The light Wouldnt Turn On. I can still hear each channel perfectly and everything works except the Red Standy Light, Can It be that the bulb Is bad? How Can I checK? Thanks

If everything else works then the bulb is probably bad. You can get a replacment from radioshack.
