Hello, I'm having a problem with my recto. I'm getting barely any sound coming out of my recto with it turned all the way up, and none of the leds for the channels light up. It is almost like the preamp is getting no power. I tried switching preamp tubes to see if this did anything but nothing changed. I tapped on the preamp tubes with it cranked and v4 made a lot of noise nothing from the other tubes though.

I tried searching on here and other boards to see if any has had this problem but didn't see anything.

Thanks for any help

i had this problem on my roadster. i believe mine was the rectifiers. i replaced it and i also went ahead and replaced all the power tubes. seems to fix the problem on mine.

I just tried changing the power & rectifier tubes, it didn't work. Thanks for the try though.

The footswitch is unplugged, I tried plugging it in too to see if that would help also. I also tried switching the channel/loop knobs on the back and that didn't do anything.

Try swapping out preamp tubes one at a time....if you have even one dead preamp tube you won't get any sound out of the speakers.

Tried that it didnt work either. Looks like it is off to the tech.
