I have a series II mesa solo 50 head and was wanting to use a simple one channel footswitch through the external switching jack in the back of the amp. I have tried other brands of footswitches but they don't work. I have read that the mesa rectifier channel footswitches are marked specifically for channel switching only. Anyone know whats going on here? This doesn't really make sense to me.
