Well looking at those numbers I think there are a lot of ways to get creative and make it work. 150 grand to record a fu@king rock and roll album!??!? Come on.. there are ways to get that price down. 30,000 to make a video? Same thing. Hell... I'm sure I could make a passable video for under a grand with my computer and a cheap super 8 video camera off of ebay.

I think the total expeses for the Van Halen - Jump video were like 300 or 500 dollars....and 75% of that was Beer costs.

That table seems a little excessive in spots. I'm sure that's a worst case scenario that could be done for much less.

Also... that article has been floating around for at least 4-5 years so it's probably out of date.

You probably can't even get a record deal these days!!
