Quick, Ebay auction for Mark V ending soon, quick question!

Its a Mark V combo but no footswitch, I seem to be having trouble finding a Mark V footpedal, how much are they to buy them seperate? Also, do I have to have a Mesa footswitch or can I use any footswitch on the Mark V?
