My right foot is often on my wah during solos..., right next to the solo & mute buttons on my footswitch.

I never hit "mute" during a solo..., although perhaps I should sometimes, lol!!!

But I do engage the solo & FX buttons.

Could I easily open up the footswitch, and simply unscrew and then switch out the "mute" and "FX" buttons? I don't want to mess with the wires, just move the switches into each other's locations.

Unfortunately, it's not that easy. It's a printed circuit board, no point to point wiring
thus un-soldering and soldering can't be done...let alone moving the switch.
I'm not the best DIY'er but I think the best way would be to alter the pin-out on the
cable in order to change the switch positions.

I'd like to have the reverb right over the solo myself.

Ahhhhhh..., there's a circuit board in there, makes sense with the pin connections!!

In that case, I doubt that the wires have the extra 5" or 6" that I'd need to move the switches.

Has anyone ever posted pics of the footswitch innards?!?
