Presonus Firebox and Sennheiser E609 Microphone

Firebox is less than 2 months old, never been out of my house, and only used 4 times. The e609 is about 8 months old but also has never left my house and has never been exposed to any higher volumes that 2.5 on my roadster. I would prefer local interest but will entertain shipping if buyer pays shipping costs. I am asking $120 CAD for the mic (Paid $169 plus tax) and $300 CAD for the Firebox (Paid $379.95 plus tax) or I will sell both for $380 CAD.

I have been doing some research a realized the asking price is high. I'll take $270 for the firebox and $70 for the e609 or $300 for both
