Pre Amp tubes

hey, im on the work of searching new pre amp tubes for my MarkV, does anyone here has used another tubes for your mesa Pre amp ? comments suggestions or experience is welcome

I'm currently running:

V1 =Sylvania JAN12AX7 (NOS)
V2=Raytheon ECC83 (12AX7) (NOS)
V3=Electro-Harmonix 12AX7EH
V4=12AX7 - Mesa (JJ) (stock)
V5=Electro-Harmonix 12AX7EH, DOM 1/04
V6=12AX7 - Mesa (JJ) (stock)
V7=GE JAN 5751 (NOS)

In my case, the change was a significant upgrade from the stock Mesa/JJ - the amp gained noticably more hi-end and character after the swap.

I'm running:
V1: RFT ECC83 (NOS)
V2: Mullard ECC83 (Reissue)
V3: EI ECC83 (NOS)
V4-6: Mesa 12AX7
V7: Mullard ECC83 (Reissue)

The amp sounds fuller and has a less harsh, less brittle high end.

V3= JJ hi performance gold pin
V7= JJ hi performance gold pin

Did you know that the Mesa 12AX7 is a JJ?

You swapped JJ's for JJ's. Did Eurotubes forget to mention that?
