I notice one of my power tubes wasn’t even working, but seemed to not have any impact on the amp from what I can tell. Seems crazy, but whatever. I don’t want to keep it that way to be safe, it don’t have new tubes to use. I have 4 Ruby EL34s from another amp, but they aren’t matched as far as I know. Will I be ok just tossing those in the MV or would I be better keeping the Mesa tubes in there and put one Ruby in there? Or neither? I have a gig tomorrow and new tubes are not in stock near me.
