That's a pretty tall order!
If you can find a power amp with a tube rectifier, it is easy to add a switch and a SS rectifier to that. Finding one that will also take both 6L6 and EL34 may be tricky, though such things can be done with bench mods.
Another way to go would be to use a 2:50, which already allows for 6L6/EL34, and add a power resistor in series with the SS rectifier to emulate the sag from a tube rec. Put in a switch to short it out, and you have everything you want. If you want to get real tricky, add a 20-30V Zener across the resistor so it doesn't sag too much.
I've done stuff like this in one of my amps. It's not rocket science BUT get someone to do it who knows how to mod amps.
