Philips EF86 in Roadster

Hello there!
I was cleaning the basement and found some NOS tubes that my dad used while he was in army.
So I came upon some NOS Valvo ECC83 (some say that these were made by Mullard), some ECC82 and a Philips EF86.
I read that EF86 can be used in guitar amps. Does anyone has any experience and are they safe for Mesa amps?

The EF86 won't work in your mesa. You don't want to put it in there. The EF86 is wired as a Pentode tube versus the 12AX& which is a dual Triode.
