**Need pro help here please, tricky!! I run the Triple Rectifier and Engl powerball together with a Radial JX-2 ABY switcher and have them both on at all times. Most channels are in phase with each other between both heads, but a couple aren't. Making a huge sound difference when I switch to those. I have a phase reverse switch on the radial that works but can't correct the couple channel settings they are always different from the others. Any advice on how to solve this problem? Thanks

Wire up an extension to the speaker cab lead and reverse the wires on one end of the extension.
You'll only need it when you use both amps! 8)

less than $10 in parts, most electronic supply houses (or even radio shack). :)

I don't know if you read this - but his problem only occurs on certain channels. So a global phase reverse won't fix the problem.

Ah I see....certain Fenders do this: change phase with channels...like if adding reverb circuit, in some models.

Then this is inherent in the amp and would require serious mods to correct (not recommended, IMO) 8)

You could add a DPST switch to the extension I described earlier to reverse phase, but of course, you'd have to flip it with each channel change and that would not be convenient to say the least.

I wish you luck! :)

Thanks guys. I think if I have a pod pro or stereo chorus pedal in the loop and have it activate when I go to the channel that is out of phase it will make it in phase. For some reason the pod pro appears to do that. Someone suggested other effects would do the same. It is the Engl that has the weird wiring for a couple channels. Same thing happened when I use to run the Engl with my Triaxis/290.
