The Mesa 2:90 poweramp has 3 switches (jack) to change 3 modes (modern, half, deep). When using Triaxis you connect 3 short jacks and you can control 3 modes via midi through triaxis.
Now, without triaxis, I wonder how can i have some modes switched permanently without a footswitch. I don't want to have 3 different footswitches to switch them.

A fairly simple solution is to get some "shorting" plugs that act like a momentary footswitch when the button is depressed.

I used these when I had a 2:90 and it worked perfectly. I originally got the idea from a YouTube vid where Petrucci's tech used the same part to permanently switch features on his Mark IVs.

If you have any amp function switching product, like the RJM RG-16 or Amp Gizmo, you can use this for direct single button control over those settings... and have them under MIDI Control!
