Pent to Triode on a III ...how to please

OK, so I've been thinking about this for some time now, and since it is reversible, I want to try it. How do I wire in a switch so I can run my MKIII Green Simul head (no reverb) so that the Class-A mode (just the ELs34s) can be switchable from its Pentode mode down to Triode?

A specific how-to would be great, guys. What kind of switch (poles and amp?), resistor values, wire guage, pin to pin connect this to that ...whatever I need to do (in specifics) so that it is switchable between pent and triode. Thanks a bunch!!

And... Can you do the opposite (triode to pentode in the outer sockets, switchable) with a Blue Stripe?
