I, for one, agree. I don't think it was right for Tony to tour with a completely different band that had less that half the talent of the original line-up and have the balls to call it Black Sabbath. And the fact that Tony sells merchandise with the original line-up on it and they aren't even in the band anymore is ludicrous. I hope Tony loses this one and the four original members own equal share in everything that has the name Black Sabbath on it.

I agree, the first black sabbath is Black Sabbath.

and all royalties (with them on items) should go to the 4.
