Output not working on my Stilleto ACE 1x12 combo

I don't know if anyone is experiencing this issue, but ever since I have purchased my amp last year the output dial on my amp doesn't change the volume output in the amp. What is the fix for this? I am currently stationed in Korea so going to Mesa for repairs isn't a viable option for me. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Is the loop switch on or off? if off the master output is disabled. good luck.
