Original footswitch of the .50 Caliber (rack)??

hello there,
my pal couldnt find out (me neither) how the original footswitch looks like for the rack version of the caliber head.
could someone help me out by posting a pic of the caliber's footswitch, please?

It is the same as almost every other single footswitch.

You can build one to the same spec for about ten dollars with a diecast enclosure, sp/st latching footswitch, and a mono jack.
