Anyone knows hows to achieve that kind of tone with single SM 57?
My MK IV`s recording done with SM57, SM58 or e609 sound totally different, not even close...
Maybe there`s some trick or soething...

He does a demo on how to record guitars using an SM57. Youtube it.

The real keys are that everything is double tracked, he cuts the top and bottom end using an EQ in post processing, then he adds a bass guitar to thicken the overall sound.

Yeah both answers are correct. To be clear though, one thing I have learned is don't just record a mono track on the left and paste it on a new track panned to the right. It will sound bigger but wont quite give you that huge sound. Instead track the song 2 times, one of the left and then one on the right.

If you want to improve the sound of your recordings and learn about the mixing stage and post processing, there is a highly respected professional that runs a web show you can watch for free. I highly recommend you check him out and steal all his tricks and knowledge!
