Nomad 45 4X10 power to amp but not tubes.

Nomad 45...no pilot light...tubes not powered...but ch select leds work and lights on foot switch work. When I unplug foot switch from amp, the amp makes crackling noise when powered up.

I replaced all of the tubes. Amp worked just fine. Next day same thing.
