Newfound Love for Marks...

Well, I saw a fearedese video on YouTube, and I fell in love with it's thick, meaty tone. I'm really a Recto guy. I own a Road King, and love it's sounds. I am really liking the sounds of the Mark V too. It's agressive, without getting too crunchy. Just something I felt like sharing...

Someone on Rig Talk did blind comparison of a bunch of different high gain amps, but the Mark IV really stood out because of it's midrange overtones.

I've been switching between Rectos and a Marks for about a decade now an when I listen to old recordings it's obvious when I'm hearing a Mark. Dialled in the way I like them the mid harmonics generate such an evil overtone that it's just as addicting as the more bone crunching midrange generated by the Recto.
