hi all,

i've just bought a triaxis 2.0 non phat+ 2:90 poweramp and I am very excited about it. It sounds incredible.
Since it is my first rack, and I don't know anything about racks or MIDI,I don't know what MIDI controller I should buy.

What pedals are recommended? Budget is about 200 EUR.
I don't know if it's possible but I would like to have without an extra power supply (phantom power)? thank you!

The FCB1010 is cheap and cheerful: although it needs a mains supply (no phantom). It's tricky to program at first and will probably drive you mad but it's so cheap that you can just throw it into the street when you get sick of it!

The TA can power the controler through his 7 pins midi cable.
My controler doesn't have that 7-pins midi-in controler and is not phantom powered. But I use a 7-pins cable and have derivated 2 of the pins for the power and soldered them to a power connector for my controler. The controler power supply is connected to the TA and delver his current through pins 6 and 7 (I think) of the midi cable.
I'm not sure I'm pretty clear in my explanations :)
Tell me if you want pics.

controler power supply -> TA -> 7 pins midi connector -> 7-pins midi cable ->5-pins connector -> controler 5-pins midi in
