Just changed the power tubes in my V.Seems to be working fine but 1 tube(far left when looking at the back of the amp) is glowing less then the other 3.Its still glowing but not as much as the others or the rectifier tube.Maybe its always been like this but im just very aware of it since i just swapped them out.Is this common or is there a reason for it.Mesa tubes, matched pairs,in the right slots etc.Cheers

The far left tube when looking from the back is the rectifier tube. That's normal and nothing to be concerned about.

Oh ya it is haha.I usually take the chasis out when changing tubes,so its upside down when swapping them out.The rectifier tube is on the right when upside down.Oh well,im an idiot ha.Cheers man.I probably would have copped it the next time i checked.Nice one though.

Just to be clear, the rectifier tube is on the same side as the power and standby switches. Is that the one not glowing much?
