Hi there, this is my first post.

My new amp should be here this week. Previously owned and gigged a Triaxis and 2:90 until about 7 years ago. Gigged it solid for 5 years although I have a much better understanding of dialling in now so not sure I ever got the best out of it. Not had anything Boogie since this time.

Can't wait to get stuck into this amp. Initially it will be going through two Port City 2x12's with Scumback M75's. Will also look to buy 2 widebody 1x12's to match the amp.

Will let you know how I go.

Cheers Rich

I went with the pair of wide body 1x12s. Open back for the top and ported for the bottom. Still waiting for them however so I can't tell you how they sound.

I've already got a couple 4x12s and a 2x12 however... the 1x12s were so I could scale right down if need be.

That port city cab is one of the best on the market

I don't have any experience with the Port City cab, but I put two Scumback M75s into my 2x12 Recto and I felt like I lost alot of bottom end in Channel 3. Just didn't have that deep chugga chugga anymore. After emailing Jim (I think that is his name), he was nice enough to switch out one of my M75 for an H75 and I couldn't be happier. Great customer service. Also, the M75 sounds good with a V30 as well. YMMV.

Got it and love it! The Scumbacks sound immense with the Mark V through them.

Cheers Rich

Have fun...I still am after a year with mine..never get sick of it..Just when you think you've heard it all, you find a new sound... :D It will change the way you play.. for the better.
