So, after selling my Gibson USA LP I picked up this beauty. 2009 Gibson Custom Shop VOS 1958 Reissue in Faded Tobacco burst. No contest. :) My PRS Custom 24 now has some serious competition for my attention.

Sorry, crappy point-and-click camera. Really need to get myself a DSLR...

I have had my guitar around some grass. Being in it was still inside and did not stay around long.

You'll notice if you look carefully it was on a towel. The only part of the guitar touching the grass was the tip of the headstock. At least I don't put my guitars on rocks like some people do.

Or wood deck leaned against brick or leaned against a tree. WTF! The grass is soft and won't hurt the guitar and lets it's wood parts become one with it's mother earth for a brief period. Haha.
